The student who wins the CEO Excellence Award will have the opportunity to:
Each cohort will continue to consist of six companies with 24 total students, but one company will follow a unique equity structure to accommodate the student CEO:
This structure allows the CEO-led company to function with clear leadership while maintaining collaborative teamwork.
The CEO Excellence Award is awarded based on a comprehensive evaluation process, including:
• Mentor and Peer Feedback: Insights from the AILT and teammates about the student’s ability to collaborate, solve problems, and inspire their team.
• Additional Preparation Work: Completion of the reading and study resources provided throughout the cohort.
• Final Presentation: Evaluation of the student’s performance during the graduation banquet, including their ability to articulate their company’s results and personal growth.
